We are looking for a detail-orientated pharmacist to support our digital healthcare operations. The role involves accurate prescription digitisation, clinical data entry, validation, and customer order verification while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and turnaround time.
Key Responsibilities
● Convert handwritten prescriptions into accurate digital format within defined timelines.
● Review prescriptions for completeness, correctness, and clinical appropriateness before processing.
● Ensure prescriptions meet regulatory and internal compliance standards; flag and escalate discrepancies.
● Accurately map medicines (brand/generic), dosage, frequency, and duration in the system.
● Perform tele-verification calls to confirm prescription authenticity and patient/order details.
● Maintain high accuracy in all tasks and adhere to SOPs to minimize errors.
● Ensure all prescriptions and orders are processed within defined SLA timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / D.Pharm)
● Strong knowledge of prescriptions, drug names (brand & generic), and dosage forms
● Understanding of valid/invalid prescription guidelines
● Valuable attention to detail and accuracy
● Basic computer proficiency and experience with digital tools/CRM
● Good communication skills for customer verification calls
Working ConditionsWorking Conditions
For Clinical Pharmacist:
● Mandatory 30–45 days of in office training at the office.
● Post successful training completion, the role transitions to a completely Work From Home (WFH) setup.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
