Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Regional Sales Manager with a solid background in doctor channels/hospital management, ideally within neurology, psychiatry in pharmaceutical/medical devices industry. The ideal candidate will bring an established network of doctors and psychiatrists, a deep understanding of the healthcare sector,
and the ability to work independently within their designated territory — implementing strategic sales initiatives and driving adoption of EASE through direct engagement with doctors.

Must-Haves
Prior experience working in
neurology or psychiatry
— either in sales, clinical liaison, or a related capacity
An existing
network of doctors and psychiatrists in your region
Minimum 2 years
of relevant sales experience in your region
Key Responsibilities
Achieve set Sales targets
Sales Strategy Implementation:
Execute effective sales strategies in the field to achieve sales targets
Daily Doctor Visits:
Meet with 6–8 specialty doctors daily, presenting and promoting our products to drive sales
Doctor Engagement:
Build and maintain robust relationships with doctors, particularly psychologists or psychiatrists, to promote and sell EASE
Product Promotion:
Communicate
