Responsibilities
Perform retirement and manual benefit calculations and transactions, ensuring compliance with plan provisions, client/legal documentation, and applicable tax regulations.
Review, interpret, and apply plan/contract provisions accurately to determine perks and process requests.
Investigate, analyze, and resolve calculation and transaction-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
Meet defined productivity and quality benchmarks to ensure deliverables are completed within established timelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including actuarial and technical teams, to address complex cases and drive issue resolution.
Communicate effectively with internal business partners to clarify requirements, resolve discrepancies, and provide updates.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend system enhancements, workflows, and best practices to improve efficiency and customer service.
Provide informal leadership support to team members by sharing knowledge,



acting as a subject matter expert (SME), and mentoring peers.
Manage high-volume workloads with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to frequent interruptions.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of sensitive client and participant data at all times.
Utilize spreadsheet, database, and other relevant tools effectively to support calculations, reporting, and analysis.
Support additional duties, projects, or initiatives as assigned by management.

Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Defined Perks (DB) manual calculations, with overall 8 years of relevant professional experience.
Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or a related discipline is required.
Robust mathematical, analytical, Critical thinking and technical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
