Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze financial data and prepare reports and forecasts.
Develop budgets and monitor financial performance.
Provide recommendations to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Support audits and risk management activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive financial planning and business growth.
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (MBA Finance/CA/CMA preferred).
Experience: 2 – 3 years in financial analysis, consulting, accounting, or related functions.
Robust knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
