Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Executive MIS to join our Finance & Accounts team in Chennai. In this role, you will support financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, reconciliations, month-end close activities, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting fundamentals, reporting experience, and valuable analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare periodic financial reports, MIS reports, and management reporting schedules.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis by preparing financial schedules and reports.
Prepare and maintain financial workings, reconciliations, and reporting schedules.
Perform balance sheet, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items.
Support month-end closing activities and accounting operations.
Prepare cost allocation workings, cost-sharing billings, and related supporting schedules.
Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders, service agreements, and supporting documents before processing.




Assist in statutory audits by preparing audit schedules and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with finance teams, business units, and shared service teams to ensure timely reporting and deliverables.
Validate financial data, perform report accuracy checks, and maintain supporting documentation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day finance operations.

Required Skills
2 to 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting Operations.
Valuable understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Experience in MIS reporting and month-end close activities.
Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP (preferred).
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Positive analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile
B.Com or M.Com graduate.
Experience in Finance & Accounting within a BPO
