Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our district-level hospitals. The role involves hiring non-doctor positions, ensuring timely closures, maintaining a solid talent pipeline, and partnering with hospital leadership to meet manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all non-doctor positions across assigned district hospitals.
Understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans in coordination with hospital administrators and business heads.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and local recruitment drives.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Ensure timely offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and candidate follow-ups until joining.
Maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth joining experience.




Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer acceptance ratio, joining ratio, and source effectiveness.
Build relationships with local institutes and training centers to create a robust talent pool.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Experience
