Job Description

The IT Intern will assist the technical team in day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting, software support, and basic development or networking tasks. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to real projects, technical tools, and corporate IT processes.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Provide basic technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Support website, software, or application testing activities.
Help manage system updates, installations, and configurations.
Assist in data management, backups, and documentation.
Coordinate with the technical team on ongoing projects.
Monitor IT equipment and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Support cybersecurity and system maintenance activities.




Prepare reports and maintain technical documentation.
Learn and adapt to company technologies and workflows.

Required Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech, BCA, MCA, Diploma, or related IT/Computer Science course.
Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and software applications.
Knowledge of MS Office, internet tools, and troubleshooting basics.
Familiarity with programming languages or web technologies is a plus.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a team setting.
