We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive cum Store Manager who can deliver an outstanding showroom experience while efficiently managing daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Sales & Relationship Management
Welcome customers and provide a warm, skilled showroom experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions based on design, functionality, and budget.
Build robust relationships with walk-in customers, architects, interior designers, builders,



and corporate clients.
Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into successful sales.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through excellent customer engagement.

Store Operations
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.
Ensure proper functioning of display lights and product presentation.

Inventory & Billing
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
Coordinate stock inward and outward movement with the warehouse.
Handle billing, order processing, and customer documentation.
Conduct periodic stock verification and ensure inventory accuracy.

Coordination & Business Development
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for order fulfillment.
