Role & responsibilities
Process customer orders, quotations, and order confirmations.
Track orders and provide regular updates to customers.
Prepare invoices, dispatch documents, and sales MIS reports.
Maintain customer database and sales documentation
Customer payment follow up(Sales Receivable)
Preferred candidate profile
Engineering Diploma / Degree ( Electrical ) preferred but not mandatory.
