Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive PR Associate / PR Consultant to manage client relationships, execute public relations campaigns, build strong media networks, and create impactful content. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, media relations experience, solid writing abilities, and the capability to manage multiple client accounts while ensuring timely delivery of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Account Management
Develop monthly PR strategies and campaign plans aligned with client objectives.
Participate in client briefing meetings and prepare action plans based on project requirements.
Coordinate daily with client Point of Contact (POC) to ensure smooth execution of all PR activities.
Prepare and present:
Monthly PR Plans
Monthly Performance Reports
Six-Month Review Presentations
Maintain proper documentation and archive all client-related reports, content, presentations, and communication records.

Identify and engage relevant media platforms across:

Conduct media mapping to identify suitable opportunities based on client requirements.

Respond to media queries and proactively manage potential negative publicity.
Build and maintain robust relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media specialists.
Monitor media trends and provide timely media intelligence to clients.
