This is not a “step-up” chance. We are looking for someone who has already operated at EVP/MD/COO/CEO levels and knows how to:
Drive bench sales, talent placement, and recruiting funnels
Lead multi-functional delivery and shared services teams
Manage operational throughput, productivity, and RevOps workflows
Command respect in high-accountability,

What You Will Lead

Operational Leadership
Own day-to-day operations for the Mumbai office
Drive urgency, discipline, and execution rigor
Align India operations with U.S. business priorities
Ensure continuity across delivery, shared services, and support functions

Revenue Operations & Business Performance
Improve throughput, productivity, and workflow efficiency
Establish KPI visibility and operational reporting
Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective action quickly
Partner with U.S. leadership on RevOps initiatives

People Leadership
Lead Bench Sales, PMO, SMEs, Shared Services, Delivery, and support teams
Hold leaders accountable for performance and outcomes
Build a culture of ownership, res
