We are having an excellent job opportunity for Plant Quality lead for Taloja- Navi Mumbai location.

Role & responsibilities-
Lead and mentor a team of Quality Managers to achieve plant quality objectives.
Establish and implement quality strategies, systems, and procedures across the plant.
Ensure quality assurance and quality control throughout machining, fabrication, material inspection, heat treatment, chrome plating, assembly, coating, painting and dispatch.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using modern manufacturing practices and quality tools.
Monitor quality performance, investigate complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with ISO and customer-specific quality requirements.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Erection & Commissioning team to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Develop supplier quality improvement programs and monitor supplier performance.
Review quality metrics, prepare management reports,



and present quality performance to senior leadership.
Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Promote a culture of quality, safety, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Required Skills & Competencies -
Robust knowledge of quality management systems and manufacturing quality assurance.
Hands-on experience in machining, fabrication, materials, heat treatment, coating, plating, and assembly processes.
Sound knowledge of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
Positive understanding of up-to-date manufacturing practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
Robust leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
