Accounts Executive

Company Overview

Mannika Biotech is an India-based pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, herbal, and veterinary products company engaged in manufacturing, marketing, and exports across Africa, CIS, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and other international markets.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive who can efficiently manage accounting and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should possess practical knowledge of accounting procedures, GST compliance, TDS and foreign remittance.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
Generate invoices and maintain accounting records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain financial documents and reports.
Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and related GST compliance activities).
Coordinate with Chartered Accountant for GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accounting documentation.
Ensure timely filing and compliance with taxation requirements.





Administrative Functions
Manage office documentation and correspondence.
Coordinate with various departments for smooth business operations.
Support management with reports and operational requirements.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Mandatory knowledge of GST Return preparation and filing.
Basic understanding of TDS and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
Knowledge of Tally Prime accounting software.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Qualification
B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
Minimum 2 year experience in Accounts, GST Compliance, or related field preferred.
Freshers with practical GST filing knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
