We're looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and helping businesses discover the right digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Contact inbound and outbound prospects through phone calls.
Qualify leads by understanding their business requirements.
Schedule meetings for the Founder with qualified prospects.
Follow up with leads regularly until a decision is made.
Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM or Google Sheets.
Coordinate with the marketing team regarding campaign-generated leads.
Send introductory emails,



WhatsApp messages, and follow-up communications.
Achieve weekly and monthly meeting booking targets.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Share customer feedback and market insights with the team.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
Basic communication skills in English.
Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional phone etiquette.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail).
Ability to maintain follow-up discipline.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications
Any Bachelor's Degree.
Freshers with positive communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or business development is an added advantage.
