Qualification
B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid Kerala Nursing Council (KNC) registration.
Teaching or clinical experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver theory and clinical teaching to nursing students.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and student assessments.
Supervise students during clinical postings and practical sessions.
Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
Mentor students and support their academic and career development.
Participate in departmental meetings, academic activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
