Role & responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and connectivity problems.
Install and update operating systems, software applications, and antivirus programs.
Configure and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
Create, modify, and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Monitor and maintain IT inventory including computers, printers, and accessories.
