The Test Specialist at HCL will be responsible for End-to-end functional testing using tools like Selenium in software testing projects. The primary objective will be to ensure the quality and reliability of software products through comprehensive testing procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end functional testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure they are resolved before release
Develop and execute automated test scripts using selenium for effective and effective testing processes
Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand project requirements and develop test plans accordingly
Analyze test results, identify issues, and communicate findings to stakeholders for necessary actions
Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall product quality
Skill Requirements
Proficiency in end-to-end functional testing methodologies and best practices
Experience in using selenium for automated testing and robust understanding of software testing principles
