About the Role

We are seeking a Software Craftsperson to design, develop, and scale digital products. You will leverage a broad range of software engineering practices, focus on Clean Code, and build out advanced AI capabilities within a rapid-paced setting.

Mandatory Skills (Use for Boolean Search)

Python, Agentic AI, Vector Database, RAG, Flask, RESTful APIs, SQL, PostgreSQL

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize digital products using Python and frameworks like Flask.
Build advanced AI capabilities utilizing Agentic AI, Vector Databases, and RAG frameworks.
Develop robust, secure, and scalable RESTful APIs interacting with SQL/PostgreSQL.
Apply Agile, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and DevOps best practices into daily engineering.
Monitor production health, build observability, and remediate root causes of technical issues.

Desired / Bonus Skills
Frontend experience with JavaScript and React.
CI/CD and Infrastructure experience using GitLab, ARM templates, or Terraform.
Quantitative Python skills (Data Science / Algorithms).
