Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Site Head to lead residential property sales and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess solid leadership, sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with a proven track record of handling high-value real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly revenue targets through residential property sales.
Handle buyer inquiries from digital platforms and convert leads into sales.
Guide buyers throughout the property purchase journey.
Build and maintain relationships with investors, HNI clients, end-users, and channel partners.
Negotiate deals and provide expert property consultation.
Conduct market analysis and stay updated on pricing, competition, and market trends.
Coordinate with CRM and internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate sales records and share regular performance updates.
Develop business through continuous engagement with channel partners.

Requirements




Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
5–9 years of experience in residential real estate sales, with team handling experience.
Robust leadership, sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to achieve revenue targets and manage high-value client relationships.
Candidates residing near Mira Bhayander will be added Advantage

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
