About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Marketing Executive
to support and manage end-to-end marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling marketing operations independently while contributing to lead generation, content creation, outreach campaigns, and brand-building activities.

This role requires a combination of strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a willingness to leverage contemporary AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage internal and external communication through emails, phone calls, and other channels.
Maintain accurate records, databases, documentation, and filing systems.
Conduct market and online research and prepare reports or summaries as required.
Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure timely execution of projects.
Provide prompt and skilled support to customers and clients by resolving queries and addressing concerns.




Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and outreach activities.
Support content creation for social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
Work with AI tools and marketing automation platforms to streamline workflows and improve campaign performance.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive research and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
