Job Summary

Packtek Packaging is looking for a smart, confident, and organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be passionate about Human Resources, and be capable of handling recruitment, employee records, HR operations, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Coordinate employee joining, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR MIS reports.
Prepare HR letters, offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
Coordinate with employees and department heads for HR-related activities.
Assist in employee performance evaluation and HR policy implementation.




Organize employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work setting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
Support management in day-to-day HR and administrative activities.

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of HR processes and labour laws.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Positive attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
Experience using job portals and LinkedIn Recruitment will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
Graduate in HR, BBA, B.Com, or any related discipline.
MBA (HR) will be an added advantage.
0–2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Administration.
Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to
