This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our derma cosmetic products, driving regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

QA Manager – Derma Cosmetic Division

Location: Kuvadva GIDC, Rajkot, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the QA team in implementing and maintaining robust quality management systems tailored for derma cosmetic manufacturing.
Develop, review, and update SOPs to ensure compliance with national and international cosmetic regulations (e.g., CDSCO, BIS).
Supervise in-process and finished product testing; analyze results to identify trends or areas for improvement.
Coordinate with R&D;, Production, and Packaging teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
Manage internal audits and facilitate external inspections by regulatory authorities.




Investigate customer complaints related to product quality; implement corrective/preventive actions as needed.
Train staff on quality standards, GMP guidelines, and hygiene practices relevant to dermacosmetics.
Maintain accurate documentation of all QA activities and ensure traceability of records.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology or related field.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance within the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry; experience with derma cosmetics preferred.
Thorough knowledge of GMP guidelines and Indian/international cosmetic regulations.
Robust analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English; proficiency in Gujarati/Hindi is an advantage.
Proven leadership abilities – experience managing a QA team is essential.

Preferred Attributes:
PMP/Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process
