Job Summary:\

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in Bhemavaram. This role is responsible for building and maintaining solid, long-lasting relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored financial solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Job Responsibilities:\
Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of clients in the Bhemavaram region.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Identify client needs and proactively recommend suitable financial products and services, including loans, investments, and insurance.
Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their financial situation and adjust strategies as needed.
Achieve individual and team sales targets for various financial products.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.
Prepare and present reports on client portfolios and sales performance.




Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, operations) to ensure seamless client service.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.

Job Qualifications:\
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in a client-facing role within the financial services industry, preferably as a Relationship Manager.
Strong understanding of various financial products and services (e.g., retail banking, wealth management, lending).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish robust client relationships.
Results-oriented with a strong sales and business development acumen.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment.
Proficiency in local languages (Telugu) is highly preferred.
