Role Description
This is a full time remote role for an Online Mentor. The Online Mentor will guide and support students in learning coding concepts and completing projects, maintaining an interactive and engaging learning workplace. Responsibilities include delivering online lessons, addressing student queries, and providing individualized guidance.
Mentors will also monitor the progress of students, provide feedback, and contribute to improving the curriculum.
Qualifications
Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, Java, or Scratch
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with young learners
Experience in mentoring, teaching, or training, particularly with children or young adults
Problem-solving skills and adaptability to address diverse learning needs
Passion for education and promoting STEM learning in a creative way
Previous experience in creating or delivering educational content is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field is preferred
