Job Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.




Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM.
Follow up with prospects and ensure timely communication throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales activity targets.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Passion for Business Development and IT Sales.
Willingness to learn SaaS and software solutions.
Good presentation and customer-handling skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to build a career in sales.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace.

Preferred Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Computer Science, IT, or any related discipline.
MBA (Marketing) graduates are also welcome to apply.
