Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Control Tower Executive to manage and monitor day-to-day last-mile delivery operations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless order fulfillment, optimize fleet utilization, track operational KPIs, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and drive continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor real-time last-mile delivery operations.
Ensure timely order fulfillment and SLA adherence.
Track KPIs including TAT, Rider Availability, Fleet Utilization, and Order Fulfillment.
Coordinate with warehouses, city operations, fleet teams, customer support, and vendors.




Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for operational issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Analyze operational data and recommend improvements.
Support fleet planning and demand-supply management.
Ensure SOP compliance across operations.
Drive process improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile
4 to 8 years of experience in Control Tower, Central Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, E-commerce, or Q-Commerce.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced operational environment.
Data-driven approach with strong planning and coordination skills.

Technical Skills
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query preferred)
MIS Reporting
Operational Dashboard Management
KPI Tracking
Basic SQL (Preferred)

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering,
