Role & responsibilities
Maintain Material Master data (Purchased, Factory Made, Sub-Contract, Maintenance Parts, ).
Prepare product costing for factory-made, imported, and subcontracted parts.
Calculate transfer rates and Tool Room work order rates.
Perform monthly and annual physical inventory verification.
Prepare and submit statutory and management reports .
Develop and analyze cost standards, monitor production costs, and recommend cost optimization initiatives.
Maintain costing records, documentation, and filing as per company policies.
Qualification & Experience:
CMA/ICWA (Qualified) preferred.
Min 5 years of experience in Costing, MIS, or Manufacturing Finance, preferably in the automotive/manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in ERP (SAP preferred) and advanced MS Excel.
Robust analytical, costing, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
