About the Role

Dreamer Entertainment House Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to drive business growth by generating leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, client engagement, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various lead generation channels.
Connect with prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
Assist in developing and executing marketing and business development strategies.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM or spreadsheets.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.




Achieve monthly business development targets.

Requirements
MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related specialization).
6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Lead Generation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable command of English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented and eager to learn.
