Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional early-stage talent to join our Founder's Office as a Research & AI Infrastructure Specialist. This is a pivotal role that bridges strategic research, cutting-edge AI development, and production-grade system implementation. You will work directly with the founding team to shape our product vision, conduct deep technical research, and build robust applications powered by large language models.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct rigorous research on emerging LLM capabilities, architectures, and applications; synthesize findings into actionable insights for product development
Design and architect production-grade LLM-powered applications using Python, TypeScript, and React
Collaborate with founders on strategic initiatives, including competitive analysis, market research, and technical feasibility studies
Prototype and validate recent features and product ideas at scale, ensuring code quality and system reliability
Optimize model inference, implement effective prompt engineering strategies, and manage model deployment pipelines




Own full-stack development lifecycle: requirements gathering, architecture design, implementation, testing, and deployment
Contribute to technical documentation, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing within the team

Required Qualifications

Educational Background
Bachelor's degree (minimum) from a premier engineering institution - IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) or equivalent internationally recognized tier-1 institution
Solid foundation in computer science, mathematics, or related quantitative fields

Technical Skills
Expert-level proficiency in Python: writing clean, maintainable, production-grade code with deep knowledge of async programming, testing frameworks, and performance optimization
Advanced TypeScript skills: solid typing, generics, async patterns, and ability to build scalable backend services and APIs
Proficient in React: component architecture, state mana
