The Flight Data Analyst leads advanced analytical work supporting the airline’s Airbus A320 Family and
A350 fleets. This role interprets complex flight data trends, supports safety investigations, and guides
improvements to operational performance. The analyst collaborates with Flight Safety, Engineering, and
Flight Operations to ensure regulatory compliance and strengthen the airline’s proactive safety culture.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Aviation, Aerospace Engineering, Data Science, or related
field)
Significant experience in flight data analysis for Airbus commercial aircraft
Skills:
Expertise in FOQA/FDM software: Airbus FDA, Analysis Ground Station, Cassiope , Flightscape /Insight,
or similar
Robust working knowledge of avionics, flight phases, and Airbus system logic (A320 Family and A350
preferred)
Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, MATLAB, R, and MS Office
Experience in AI/ML (preferred)
Familiarity with Annex 13 investigations and human factors analysis

Job Responsibilities:
Flight Data Monitoring (FDM/FOQA) analysis and reporting for Airbus fleets
Identify systemic risks and safety trends; recommend corrective actions
Support investigations with detailed flight data insights
Develop flight data models, exceedance detection logic, and dashboards
Mentor analysts and standardize methodologies and reporting practices
Present findings to senior leadership, safety boards, and regulators
Collaborate with operational teams to assess procedural changes
Drive innovation in predictive analytics and big data app
