Roles & Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate Commerce subjects effectively.
Prepare lesson plans and study materials.
Mentor students academically and personally.
Conduct internal assessments and evaluations.
Participate in departmental activities, seminars, workshops, and academic events.
Contribute to curriculum development and institutional growth.
Support NAAC, IQAC, and other academic initiatives.
