Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets.
Drive retail sales through dealership network.
Develop current business from fleet operators, transporters, logistics companies, institutional customers, and MSMEs.
Increase market share and improve product penetration in the assigned territory.
Generate quality sales leads through field activities, referrals, customer visits, and BTL campaigns.

Channel Management
Manage dealer performance against sales, retail, market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor dealer inventory, vehicle availability, and stock planning.
Support dealer development and appointment of current channel partners where required.
Conduct regular dealer reviews and implement corrective action plans.
Ensure dealer compliance with company sales processes and policies.

Customer Relationship Management
Build robust relationships with fleet customers, transport unions, financiers, body builders, and key influencers.




Conduct regular customer visits to identify replacement and expansion prospects.
Resolve customer complaints in coordination with service and spare parts teams.
Improve customer retention and repeat business.

Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, product launches, and market activities.
Collect market feedback and customer insights.
Identify emerging business opportunities and recommend sales strategies.

Sales Planning & Execution
Prepare territory sales forecasts and monthly business plans.
Execute local marketing activities, roadshows, product demonstrations, customer meets, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure effective sales funnel management and pipeline tracking.
Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance with dealer teams.

Dealer Capability Development
Train dealer sales executives on product knowledge, sales process, finance schemes, and CRM.
