We are looking for a creative Video Editor to create engaging property videos, social media reels, promotional content, and project walkthroughs for our real estate brand.
Job Description:
Create reels and social media content
Add effects, music, subtitles, and motion graphics
Coordinate with Marketing & Sales teams
Add transitions, effects, background music, subtitles, and motion graphics to enhance video quality.
Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, and CRM teams for content requirements.
Ensure all video content aligns with company branding guidelines.
Manage raw footage, audio files, and final edited versions systematically.
Create short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Handle color correction, sound synchronization, and basic animation work.
Meet project deadlines and manage multiple editing assignments efficiently.
Required Skills
Proficiency in video editing software such as:
Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects
Final Cut Pro
DaVinci Resolve
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an added advantage.
Robust understanding of social media video trends and formats.
Qualification
Any Degree/Diploma in Multimedia, Visual Communication, Animation, or related field.
Relevant experience in video editing, preferably in the real estate industry.
