Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and execution-focused Social Media Executive to manage the day-to-day social media activities of multiple client accounts. The role requires solid coordination, timely publishing, content supervision, community management and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned client social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
Prepare monthly content calendars based on approved campaign plans, festivals, offers and business requirements.
Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers and video editors for timely content creation.
Share transparent creative briefs, references, formats, dimensions and publishing requirements with the internal team.
Review post copy, captions, hashtags, creatives, reels and videos before client submission.
Coordinate with clients for content inputs, approvals, corrections and publishing confirmations.
Schedule and publish approved posts, reels,



stories, videos and carousel posts.
Maintain accurate publishing dates, platform formats, captions, links, tags and location details.
Monitor comments, direct messages, mentions and audience responses regularly.
Respond to basic enquiries using approved brand communication guidelines.
Escalate sales enquiries, complaints or sensitive messages to the concerned client or internal team.
Maintain client-wise folders, approval records, content calendars and publishing trackers.
Ensure that no unapproved or incorrect content is published.
Track basic performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, profile visits, video views and enquiries.
Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
Highlight high-performing content, low-performing content and pending action points.
