Client Strategy & Account Growth
Strategic Oversight: Provide high-level strategic counsel to key clients and review major campaigns for quality and impact.
Client Retention: Build strong relationships with key accounts, resolve escalations, and spot prospects for upselling and account growth.
New Business Support: Assist the leadership team in pitching to current prospective clients and shaping agency proposals. [1, 2]

Mentorship: Lead department heads (e.g., SEO, Content, Paid Media, Account Management) by setting clear goals and KPIs.
