What You'll Own
End-to-end order flow sourcing to delivery to installation.
The SOPs for fulfillment, logistics, and installation scheduling.
Vendor and installation-partner coordination across India.
The fire-drills. When something goes wrong at 9pm, you're already solving it.
What We Need
2–4 years in operations, logistics, or supply chain e-commerce or automotive a solid plus.
High tolerance for ambiguity, low tolerance for excuses.
Process-obsessed. You see a recurring problem and build a system so it never recurs again.
Calm under pressure. We move fast you make sure rapid doesn't mean broken.
