Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPC Contractors, Engineering Companies, Consultants, Dealers, and Industrial End Users.
Handle customer enquiries, understand application requirements, and prepare techno-commercial quotations.
Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Coordinate with internal departments for quotation preparation, order execution, production planning, dispatch, and customer support.
Manage key customer accounts and build long-term business relationships.
