About the Role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our project management team. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple project timelines simultaneously while maintaining transparent and consistent communication across all parties.

Key Responsibilities
Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring projects from initiation through completion
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project trackers, timelines, and status reports
Facilitate coordination between internal departments to ensure alignment on deadlines and deliverables
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track follow-up on action items
Serve as a communication point between clients or stakeholders and internal teams, providing timely project updates
Maintain organized documentation, including SOPs, meeting records, and project files




Assist in resource allocation and identify potential project risks or delays in advance
Perform day-to-day coordination tasks to ensure continuity of project operations

Required Qualifications
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities, with proven capability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with project management software (Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent) preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Robust follow-up and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise professionally across teams and with external stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in an agency, IT services, or consulting setting managing multiple concurrent client engagements
