Education
B.E./B.Tech (Any Stream), BBA, BCA, or MBA.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Six Sigma or Business Analysis certification is an added advantage.

Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Visio.
Understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
Exposure to Power Platform, ServiceNow, or similar low-code tools is preferred.
Working awareness of AI tools for productivity, automation, and efficiency (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, AI Builder) — willingness to adopt AI-assisted ways of working is expected across all roles.

Soft Skills

Quick learner with attention to detail.

Interest in AI and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Support business process mapping and documentation.
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Help configure and test workflow automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms.
Identify prospects to improve processes using AI and automation.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and track issues.
Prepare process flow diagrams, SOPs, and project documents.
Assist in creating user guides and training materials.
Track project progress and update status reports.
