Position: HR, Marketing & Accounts Manager

Salary: 2- 6 lakhs (based on skills, experience, and performance)

Primary Focus: Recruitment & Team Building

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources & Recruitment
Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
Source, screen, interview, and onboard high-quality candidates.
Build talent pipelines for sales, service, and administrative roles.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.




Support employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives.
Develop HR policies and processes to support business growth.

Marketing
Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
Manage social media platforms and digital lead generation.
Coordinate promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
Work closely with the sales team to support business growth.
Analyze campaign performance and customer feedback.

Accounts & Administration
Manage daily bookkeeping and financial records.
Track invoices, collections, payments, and expenses.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Coordinate with finance partners and external accountants.
Support administrative operations and compliance requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in recruitment and HR functions preferre
