TBM Funded is a Dubai-based proprietary trading firm running simulated evaluation challenges for skilled traders. We're building the fastest-growing funded-trader brand for the Indian markets, and our growth engine is partnerships — not paid ads.
The Role
We're hiring an experienced Affiliate & IB Partnerships Manager to build and lead our affiliate and introducing-broker network from day one. This is not a performance marketing or media buying role. The core of this job is
your existing book of affiliate/IB relationships
and your ability to activate it quick.
You'll own the full affiliate lifecycle: recruiting partners, onboarding them, keeping a roster active and producing, and scaling the network into TBM's primary revenue channel.
What you'll do
Bring your existing affiliate/IB relationships onto TBM and activate them in the first 30–60 days
Recruit, vet, and onboard recent affiliates across India.
Build and maintain a
roster of 15+ active affiliates
, each hitting a minimum monthly volume target
Own commission structuring, attribution integrity, and timely USDT payouts alongside the ops team
Run direct outreach and relationship management — not paid campaigns
Report weekly on roster health, activation rates, and net revenue contribution
What you must have
A
live, active book
of affiliate or IB relationships in the prop trading, forex, CFD, or fintech space
A track record you can speak to concretely — named partners, verticals, and volume
Direct experience managing affiliate/IB networks (not general growth or paid acquisition)
Fluency in the Indian trading-creator ecosystem
Compensation
Performance-based incentives, uncapped. Strong partners can earn around $1,000/month, with no ceiling as volume grows.
Ground-floor partnership role with room to build and lead an affiliate team as we scale.
Remote - Adaptable working hours
