Are you a confident communicator with excellent customer handling skills? We are looking for a Receptionist cum Telecalling Executive who can efficiently manage front office operations while handling customer calls professionally.

Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Office
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a skilled manner.
Manage the front desk and maintain a pleasant reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
Maintain visitor records and office documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.

Telecalling & Customer Service
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Convert enquiries into appointments or business opportunities.




Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel reports.
Address customer concerns politely and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Valuable telephone etiquette and convincing ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1+ years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Telecalling, Customer Service, or a similar role.
Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
Preferred Native Place: Kerala.
