We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Draft job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms.
Conduct reference and background checks.
Oversee current hire onboarding and induction programs.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Maintain healthy communication between employees and management.
Support initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records (HRIS, personal files, etc.).
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Manage payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts/finance team.
Draft HR letters (appointment, confirmation, increment, exit, etc.).




Performance & Development
Assist in implementing performance management systems.
Support training and development programs.
Monitor probation, appraisal cycles, and promotions.
Exit Management
Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth offboarding.
Handle full & final settlements and maintain attrition reports.

Key Skills & Competencies
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Recruitment and talent management expertise.
Problem-solving, empathy, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
Proven experience in HR roles (preferably 5 years of experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
