Data Analyst Trainee
to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on exposure to live business and financial data, enabling you to build solid analytical capabilities while working alongside experienced professionals in the Investment Banking and Financial Advisory domain.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze live business and financial datasets to derive meaningful insights.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports for business performance tracking.
Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI.
Interpret data trends and provide actionable business recommendations.
Assist in business intelligence and strategic reporting initiatives.
Perform data cleaning, validation, and accuracy checks.
Support senior leadership with data-driven reporting and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics and reporting projects.
Continuously improve reporting processes through automation and optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Final-year graduate or candidate with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Solid analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.
Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, lookups).
Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Familiarity with Power BI or similar visualization tools is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt in a energetic work environment.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts.
Basic understanding of financial or business data analysis.
