Job Description – ELV Sales Executive / ELV Sales EngineerJob Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented ELV Sales Executive to drive business growth in the ELV and Security Systems segment. The candidate will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, managing key accounts, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets for security and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities for ELV and Security Systems.
Promote and sell CCTV, Video Management Systems (VMS), Public Address (PA) Systems, Fire Detection & Alarm (FDA) Systems, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, and other ELV solutions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Handle key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, tenders,



and negotiate contracts.
Coordinate with the pre-sales, technical, and project teams for solution design and project execution.
Follow up on enquiries, leads, and payment collections.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM records, and sales forecasts.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of ELV and Security Systems.
Experience in selling CCTV, VMS, PA Systems, Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, Access Control, and other ELV solutions.
Knowledge of Telecommunication Systems.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong customer relationship and key account management abilities.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to prepare techno-commercial proposals and conduct client meetings.
Self-motivated with strong business development skills.
