Qualifications
Strong end-to-end recruitment capabilities, including Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting experience.
Proven expertise in Technical Recruiting and Hiring for technology-focused roles.
Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and engaging candidates.
Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines using job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic recruitment analytics.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively in a quick-paced workplace.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience recruiting in the technology sector or for software engineering roles is highly beneficial.
