Management audit
Customer reconciliation and balance confirmation
Closing all provisions within 90 days after closure of Seasons
Find and rectify the loopholes in the IT system
Provide information to Auditors related to Provisions and answer the queries.
Standardizations of all agreements
Process improvements

Critical GL Analysis
Analyze the discount provision G/L and check the provision adequacy
Analyze the Return Provision G/L and check the provision adequacy
