About the Role
[Codework] is looking for a CRM Trainee to support customer data management and sales operations. Outstanding opportunity to learn CRM tools and processes in a hands-on setting.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system
Support sales/marketing teams with data entry and reporting
Track customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups
Generate basic reports to monitor CRM performance
Ensure data accuracy across the CRM database
Coordinate with cross-functional teams as needed

Qualifications
Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (or pursuing one)
Basic knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus
Robust attention to detail and communication skills
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
