Must Have:
Should have a minimum of 2- 3 years’ of experience in an HR generalist role from the IT industry
Should be well-versed in all HR operations tasks from joining till separation
Should have advanced knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, etc.
Should have solid interpersonal and communication skills.
Should have solid analytical skills, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
High employee-centric behaviour and cheerful disposition with the employees
Should have a result-oriented approach
Self-driven, highly resilient with ability to work under high pressure and stressful situations
High learnability and eagerness to explore newer projects and assignments
Ability to build and maintain positive relationship with colleagues.
