About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Software Development Engineer III (SDE III) to design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade backend systems and AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on experience with distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and contemporary AI technologies, while contributing as a senior individual contributor within an agile engineering team.This role requires deep technical expertise, robust problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive complex projects from design through production deployment.

You will be responsible for
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and resilient backend services using Java and/or Python.
Build cloud-native applications and microservices using Spring Boot and industry-standard design principles.
Design and implement event-driven architectures using Kafka and asynchronous messaging patterns.
Develop and integrate Agentic AI solutions, including AI agents, orchestration workflows, and LLM-powered applications.




Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Design and optimize data models for both RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
Build highly available and fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling large-scale workloads.
Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, automated testing, observability, and operational best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance, reliability, and scalability improvements.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
